Tain Trail Cycling Route

The Táin Trail Cycling Route is the newest, longest and most historic cycling route in Ireland.

At 365 miles in length, it runs from Co. Roscommon to the Cooley Peninsula and back again, with 95 miles of the total route in Louth.

This is one of the most varied and fascinating cycling routes in Ireland and we hope you will enjoy it at your leisure.
