Bru Bar Bistro,which opened in 2005, is a firm favourite amongst diners in the north east. Bru Bar Bistro has something for couples, families, friends, business people, groups and private functions. Bru Bistro serves lunch and dinner daily and Bru Bar features an exciting selection of cocktails.

Famed for traditional favourites and seasonal specials, the culinary team have a passion for great food and love nothing more than cooking for guests.

Our head chef, Michael Collier, having worked in Thornton’s of Portabello, Petrus in London and also Bennelong in the Sydney Opera house, understands fully the importance, of the use of top quality ingredients to produce a dish that he is proud to send out to the customer.
